Partnership with Southern Oasis SIM (cont'd)
It's a natural partnership because of Their Event Management Experience, and our Estate Management Experience.Sheila and Gord have done a wonderful job making Southern Oasis a destination point in Avination.
I am very excited about this. It adds valuable and experienced resources to the Joy Estates Project, and makes The Joy Estate truly the Premier Estate In Avination. When people come to Joy now they will get the full Community experience.
I am very happy to invite anyone to a tour of the estate. These SIMs are geared for growth and to enhance any resident’s enjoyment and comfort in a virtual environment without having a large price tag attached. Our utmost aim is creating THE community in Avination.

Virtual World Consultants.com, LLC. co-founded by Mike Bemis (Avatar Name: Mike Burleigh in Second Life™ and in Avination©) are a great force in building communities and have been specifically tasked to build the JOY Estate community in Avination©. As the founder Mike Bemis states, ‘Virtual World Consultants.com, LLC. is overjoyed to have been chosen by the JOY Estate, as we believe that this estate has positive experiences to give to their estate residents and visitors of the estate. Not only has the estate an outstanding design and is in our belief an example of a good, healthy business model which is geared for growth, sustainability and for the enjoyment of the estate resident, it in addition, offers as the first luxury estate in Avination© every visitor and estate resident an easy start in their Avination© residency.’
